By analyzing engagement and response rates, we identified the best-performing content that could break through the noise.

PHASE 2: FIXING TARGETING
The original targeting was too broad, attracting low-quality leads with little to no conversions. We refined the targeting by focusing on high-income zip codes and audience segments that aligned with premium painting services. This shift led to a significant increase in high-quality leads without excessive competition.
PHASE 3: Leveraging Organic Content
Instead of competing with other painters through aggressive discounts, we shifted the focus to organic content. By creating engaging behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and project transformations, we were able to blend seamlessly into the algorithm’s feed. This strategy not only increased engagement but also built trust and credibility, positioning the company as an authority in the space without relying solely on paid ads.
